We are happy to announce that the updated product scanner is now available in the Heinemann App. It's not only for our customers, but also for our service staff to provide a better digital experience at the point of sale.

How it works?
Simply scan the barcode of the item via the app and receive all relevant information, such as custom regulations, prices per location, ingredients, country of origin, allergens, ... .

Our product scanner can now do much more:
- Scan more products from our assortment, also articles available only at POS
- Location selection for displaying the right prices
- Customs regulations, for displaying the allowed quantities
- If properly maintained in the backend: all relevant product information (ingredients, allergens, origin,....)

Where to find the Scanner?
Open the Heinemann app in the home area and click the scanner symbol in the search field, hold the EAN code behind the camera and start scanning!

Please note:
Currently the scanner will capture the listed articles of the following locations. This is the first test and learn and if needed we will add more locations. This includes the online assortment (HD & Click & Collect).
