As you all know, the Fast & Furious project will be going live in November, which means that the SAP systems will be down for a while. This will also have an impact on the webshops.  

As the e-commerce team, we would like to pick you up on this today:

 The EU webshop will be unavailable from November 14-18, as will the app. We will deactivate it on 13.11. in the evening (eob).

The other global webshops (Copenhagen, Australia, Kuala Lumpur) will be unavailable from November 15-18.

 As the cash registers also have no connection to the ERP, the days 15-18.11. will be excluded from Click & Collect orders in advance, so that no Click & Collect orders can be placed for flights on these days. If this does not work in individual cases and individual orders come through, it is important that the orders are already packed on November 14. As the checkout cannot communicate with the ERP during the downtime, the orders must be booked retrospectively in this case.  However, this should only happen in individual cases, as it will generally not be possible to place C&C orders for flights during the downtime in advance.

 During the downtime, we will publish a maintenance page in the webshop where customers will be informed. The downtime will also be communicated a week in advance in the web store, in the app and in an info box in the existing newsletters and customers will be promised goodies for the days after the downtime.  The end of the maintenance is officially communicated on the maintenance page on 19.11. The webshop is expected to be online again from midday on the 18th.
